Gambino Paint LLC (“Gambino Paint,” “we,” “us”) is a painting company based in Summit County, Colorado. This policy covers gambinopaint.com, our phone and text line at (970) 636-1568, the chat on this website, and the forms on it.

Only what you give us, or what it takes to answer you:

• Your name, phone number, email address and property address or town.
• What you tell us about the job, and the messages you send us by text, email or website chat.
• Transcripts of calls to our line made from the call audio, and the text of website chats.
• Booking details: the walkthrough or appointment time you pick and any notes on it.
• Basic site analytics: pages visited, the type of device and browser, the site that sent you, and campaign tags in the link you followed.

• To answer your questions and reply to your messages.
• To schedule walkthroughs and appointments, and to confirm and remind you of them.
• To follow up about your estimate or your project.
• To improve our service and this website.

We do not sell your information.

Calls, texts and website chats may be answered by an automated assistant (an AI front desk) that works on our behalf. It can answer questions, take your details and book a walkthrough, and it hands you to a person when you ask or when it cannot help. We keep transcripts of these conversations so we can follow up and so a person can review what was said.

We share your information only with service providers that run our phone line, text messaging, scheduling, website chat and customer records (CRM) on our behalf, and only so they can provide that service to us. They may not use it for anything else.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

If you text us or give us your number, we use it to reply to you and to send scheduling and appointment messages and follow-ups about your project. You can reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. The details are in the SMS Terms.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep your contact details, messages, transcripts and booking records for as long as we are talking with you or working on your project, and afterward as long as we reasonably need them for warranty questions, our records and the law. We delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

• To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us.
• To stop emails, reply and tell us, or use the unsubscribe link in the email.

We use reputable providers and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or passwords by text, chat or form.

Our services are for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
