Trail map

Free walkthrough, written price

  1. Easiest

    Interior

Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets and built-ins. One room or the whole house, with the furniture covered and the edges cut by hand.

    • Walls and ceilings, including vaulted and two-story spaces
    • Trim, doors, windows, railings and stair parts
    • Cabinet and built-in refinishing, sprayed for a factory finish
    • Drywall patching, nail pops and hairline cracks fixed before paint
    • Color help from real samples on your wall, in your light
    • Low-odor, low-VOC products so you can sleep at home that night

For the room you have been staring at all winter.

  2. Most homes start here

    Exterior

Siding, log and timber, stucco, decks and fences. The prep is most of the job up here, so that is where most of the hours go.

    • Pressure wash, scrape, sand and spot-prime every bare spot
    • Caulk the gaps that let water in, replace rotten trim we find
    • Two full coats of an elevation-rated product, brushed and rolled where it matters
    • Deck, fence and railing stain, from transparent to solid
    • Log home media blasting, borate treatment and stain
    • Plants, decks and windows covered; a clean site at the end of every day

For the south wall that peeled after one season.

  3. Advanced

    Commercial and HOA

Townhome rows, condo buildings, storefronts, offices and common areas, scheduled around tenants, guests and the season.

    • Multi-building exteriors on a phased schedule with one point of contact
    • Hallways, stairwells, lobbies and units between tenants
    • Early, late or off-season work so your business keeps running
    • Property-manager friendly: written scope, photos, and a sign-off walk
    • Lift and scaffold work for tall walls and gables
    • A repaint plan so the board knows what next year costs

For the manager who needs it done right and done once.

Not sure which run? The walkthrough is free, and we say so if a job is not worth doing yet.

Four steps, in order.

The first step is a visit, and the last step is you walking the job with us and finding nothing to point at.

  1. 1

    Walkthrough

Half an hour at your place. We look at every surface, check the prep it needs, and talk colors while we are standing in your light.

  2. 2

    Written price

A flat price and a scope you can read, usually within two days. If a wall needs a year of weathering before it is worth painting, we say so.

  3. 3

    Prep

Wash, scrape, sand, caulk, patch, prime. Up here this is most of the job, and it is the part a cheap bid skips.

  4. 4

    Paint and walk

Two coats, brushed and rolled where it counts. We walk it with you at the end, touch up anything you point at, and leave the site clean.

Ready when the wall is.

A free walkthrough at your place, a flat price in writing, and a date on the calendar before the season fills up.
