Terms of Service, including SMS Terms

These terms are between you and Gambino Paint LLC (“Gambino Paint,” “we,” “us”), a painting company based in Summit County, Colorado. By using this website, our website chat, or our phone and text line at (970) 636-1568, you agree to them.

Prices on this website, from the ballpark estimator, or from our front desk are general guidance, not an offer. Your price is the written estimate we give you after a walkthrough, and any job is governed by the written agreement you sign with us.

Calls, texts and website chats may be answered by an automated assistant that works on our behalf. It does its best to be accurate, but it can make mistakes; a person confirms prices, dates and anything that matters before work is scheduled. Transcripts are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

What we send: replies to your questions, scheduling and appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups about your project. We do not send marketing blasts.

How you opt in: by texting our number, (970) 636-1568, first; or by giving us your number and agreeing to receive texts, either by ticking the optional “Text me about my request” box on a form on this website or by saying yes on a call with us. The box is never required to send a form.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After you reply STOP we send one message confirming you are opted out and nothing more. You can text START to opt back in.

Use the site, chat and forms for real questions and requests. Do not misuse them, try to break them, or send anything unlawful. The words, photos and logo on this site belong to Gambino Paint LLC and may not be reused without our permission.

The website and chat are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Gambino Paint LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Warranties on painting work are the ones in your signed agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
